The New “Covid Caste System” - India has nothing on you.

Hello Employers,

We find ourselves at loggerheads over the "New World Order of State Mandates" suddenly defining human existence based on an experimental drug alone, that literally has no safety data to verify it’s authentic usefulness.

I am shocked at how soon a whole society has embraced apartheid segregation as a new lifestyle. I witnessed hideous atrocities in my many missionary and ministry years (20 plus) working in Africa, Asia and India, amongst the poorest of the poor and the most oppressed in the world.

The kind of segregation that rips India apart from within it’s inhumane caste system, is now the new import to Australia, all for a virus with the exact same lethality as the seasonal flu, and zero cases in our region, making segregation an unlawful and unreasonable direction, according to FairWork Australia. I spent over 10 years working in the most disintegrated nations (Congo, Rwanda, Sudan), but never believed I would see my fellow Australians embrace such hideous norms here.

Sadly I was wrong.

I found this comment from an employer quite strange; "Thank you for your email Rory. I respect your decision. I wish you all the best for the future.” As it seems to suggest I had a decision to make? Instead of genuinely acknowledging that it is a State Decree (not law), given as a totalitarian push to be segregated from society for all time, for refusing an untested drug!

I am effectively made the “untouchable in the Australian Caste based system”? Also the other employer’s comment "Sorry to lose you”, again not my choice, as I wasn’t lost, but caste out. I would have thought a Christian organisation would understand this and not brush over the very real harm being caused by their own actions, perpetrated for a political organisation, submitting their own Christian roots and eternal convictions of morality, ethics and spirituality, for temporary appeasement of a political class.

I have had my employment terminated, my ability to pay bills denied, and the disregard for my personal wellbeing, future prospects and even survival brushed under the carpet, with “all the best”. Does none of this move your hearts, nor give you a twinge of conscience to acknowledge your own parts in committing sins against your fellow man? I speak not for myself alone, as God has led and fed me for 22 years without fail, but for my fellow teachers, workers and others who have been caste aside like the man on the roadside in the Good Samaritan Story? Is the best you have "all the best”?

The actions taken by employers, following the State Government Coercion to illegally terminate people, with no vaccine requirements in their contracts, BREACHES Federal Laws on Discrimination, Privacy, Biosecurity and Human Rights. But it appears to be the new acceptable “high caste Brahmin” mentality of the Australian "Covid Caste" system, where money and job keeping replace truth and the love of God for all mankind (John 3:16)

I am now working with Fraser Coast advocacy groups to formulate a set of legal notices to all Government and Employers regarding their Breaches of Contract and the resulting Federal and Industrial breaches of Law that have been committed by following the State Government Mandates. Black’s Law Dictionary says “Mandates are REQUESTS by the Government, which ARE NOT ENFORCEABLE, without CONSENT!” This is especially important, since Federal Law on Vaccinations, in the Federal Vaccination Handbook, CLEARLY STIPULATES, "NO ONE can be forced to be vaccinated", not a push by State Governments, nor an employer! These so called “ mandates” are breaking Federal Laws, many times over.

This is something you may wish to examine in light of terminating employees, whose contracts HAVE NO VACCINE REQUIREMENTS IN THEM. Recently a case was settled out of court for $1.3 million dollars in favour of an employee who was terminated without a single line in their contract requiring injecting experimental drugs into their bodies.

I have moved on to creating Rallies in Fraser Coast and Working with many others on an alternative Society model, with several thousand people now attending weekly events, where we will be creating our own buying group to bypass both Segregating shops, every increasing shop prices and scarcity of products that coming lockdowns and Victorian-like idiocy of the State Government, will create.

This is a push that will soon land both the Sate Government and employers following their illegal industrial advice into very hot Federal waters.

No employer has had to sack people, nor enforce either QR codes, or mandates, as these are literally Government requests, not law even at a State Level. They are neither enforceable nor legal at a Federal and Constitutional level. The entire exercise has been one of how little the Australian population know the Law, its order (Constitution, Federal, State, Council) and the pursuant charges that can and will follow.

Let me finish with this,

I wish you all the best and hope that as a Baptist organisation, you would examine the roots of the Christian faith, with particular attention to the stories of Jesus both reaching out, touching and healing lepers, who were the unclean and outcasts of society and embracing them with love. And the chastisement He had, eternally, for those who would treat others with disregard for their welfare, existence and very survival. This "New Fear Based Normal" greatly saddens me as a Man of God, that many are so consumed with fear of a virus that is no more lethal than the common flu, but has been used to destroy lives, love for our neighbour and truth in the most basic areas of human rights.

I do wish you a merry Christmas and pray that the love of God be shed abroad in your hearts, for your fellow man, vaxxed and vax-free, that you would do more than just live to pander to lying politicians whims, but would arise in the spirit of truth and love for all mankind, at this time of celebrating the One who was born and died to save all, but not through drugs, through love.
